Whether you’re new to yoga or want to deepen your practice – private sessions are the perfect addition to your life. Lasting 60 – 90 minutes and completely personalised to you; designed to benefit you and your goals.
Private classes are highly recommended so that you can gain a greater understanding of the practice and its principles. They ensure you are carrying out the exercises and poses efficiently and safely with the correct alignment. They are also extremely beneficial if you have a specific health issue or injury that you would like to work through or with. Please get in touch so we can discuss whether the styles I teach can benefit you.
Privates are personalised to your needs and goals. You will leave with a stronger awareness of your alignment and posture, knowledge in how to release and relax using your breath, a deeper understanding of Primal Yoga® Flow, Vinyasa and Yogalates™ and be able to apply them in a group class environment.

What I Teach
Primal Yoga Flow® – Created and trained by Liz Arch, it is a dynamic and martial arts fusion style that merges Vinyasa yoga with the artistry of Kung Fu and the grace of Tai Chi into an athletic, heat-building flow, while focusing on alignment, balance, strength, power and flexibility.
Primal Yoga® Flow is a fluid and thoughtfully sequenced class that combines movement and breath to cultivate the flow of Qi, or vital life force energy throughout the body. We seamlessly blend yoga with slow flowing movements inspired by Tai Chi, Qigong and Kung Fu into a harmonious dance to create balance, strength and synergy in our physical and emotional bodies. With an emphasis on breath, fluidity and intelligent alignment-based sequencing, Primal Yoga® Flow harmonises yin and yang energy and taps into our body’s own innate wisdom to unlock the healing potential within.
I also trained in Vinyasa Yoga in Bali with the mesmerising Meghan Currie. Vinyasa that I share is pretty similar to Primal Yoga but minus the martial arts. Expect to find beautiful fluidity, a dance, a connection of breath and movement that is both elegant and strong.
Yogalates™ was my first teacher training and I learnt from its beautiful creator Louise Solomon. Yogalates is a combination of Yoga with an incredible exercise system, Pilates. Yogalates™ is now predominately taught in private sessions but as I mentioned I share my practice and some of its principles, core and functional movements flow into my classes.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga I am on a mission to empower women through both the exciting antenatal and postnatal periods of their lives. I am very passionate about teaching tools to equip women for labour and for those first few precious months of motherhood and beyond! I can also combine these classes with hypnobirthing sessions.
I now have over 650 hours of teacher training behind me and I will forever continue to add to this.
